The Special Camp, which was a camp for mostly Polish Jews, who the Nazis exchanged for German Prisoners of War held by the British, was immediately next to the Hungarian Camp, which was used for the same purpose, but held Jews from Hungary. The foundations of the barracks in these two camps are still there today, Hut 9 (Special Camp) and Hut 10 (Hungarian Camp).
